AMC’s coating technology includes a variety of application methods including automated spray systems, dip, robotics and ultrasonic spraying.
Quality Systems and Testing
AMC is an ISO 13485:2016 registered company. In addition to strict compliance to ISO medical standards AMC also utilizes tools such as PFMEA, control plans, process flow, master validation plans and IQ OQ PQ for manufacturing capability. While maintaining the highest standards in manufacturing & quality systems, AMC also provides extensive testing for product development & quality verification in accordance with medical, OEM and ASTM standards as well as specific customer requirements.
