AMC utilizes a variety of application technology to ensure high output and product quality from small custom batch volumes to millions of components.  AMC’s coating technology includes a variety of application methods including automated spray systems, dip, robotics and ultrasonic.

QUALITY SYSTEMS & TESTING

AMC is an ISO 13485:2016 registered company.  In addition to strict compliance to ISO medical standards AMC also utilizes tools such as PFMEA, Value Stream Mapping, IQ OQ PQ Development and Anylogic Simulation for manufacturing capability.

While maintaining the highest standards in manufacturing & quality systems AMC also provides extensive testing for product development & quality verification in accordance with medical, ASTM standards as well as specific customer requirements.
